This 4000 square foot luxury home was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s 1909 Darwin D. Martin House in Buffalo, NY and the need to re-use the home’s existing piers which cantilever the house over the Bay. The house was built as a speculative investment for Lehman Brothers in New York and features high end finishes such as pearwood cabinets in the kitchen and oversized custom front doors.
