Magnolia Place

Magnolia Place is a 20 unit apartment building build in in Santa Rosa in 2017. It features two and three bedroom flats in two separate buildings with a central community courtyard.  The project was built with modular technology, units were assembled off-site and the exterior skin and balcony appointments were constructed on-site.
The project was located on industrial site next to a historic neighborhood on North Street between 13th and 14th avenues. The two and there story contemporary design offered a transition from an arterial where housing was much needed to the single family neighborhood beyond, facing the street with connections that a subdivision would not normally provide.
