Lago Fresca is a 50 unit multi-family apartment project comprising four 3-story buildings and a Community Room, in 72,535 square feet. Ornamental shade-canopy and accent trees and a 6 foot high privacy fence screens all project boundaries adjacent to neighboring properties. The central courtyard is a Mediterranean-style garden that features a dry stream bed - bioretention rain garden and a wall fountain at the Summerfield pedestrian entry to diminish the impact of traffic noise from the street to the residences.
Kawana Springs Apartments
Kawana Springs Family Apartments is a 151 unit, 100% affordable development comprised of a single five-story building. The project features two courtyards, a pool and dog park for furry residents. Adjacent to the Mendecino Avenue Corridor, a major commercial and retail center in Santa Rosa, and a priority development area, forming meaningful and functional common spaces is at the heart of the design approach.
Orchard Commons is a new 46 unit, 100% affordable apartment dwelling project on a 1.91 acre site within the Roseland / Sebastopol Road Specific Plan EIR, comprising a one story, 2,224 square foot Community Building and a two story, 59,102 square foot walk-up apartment building, a separate waste container enclosure, and 77 surface parking stalls.
