This custom 5,000 square foot home features custom-built timber trusses, beautiful views of the lake, outdoor patio with a stone and redwood -finished fireplace that follows a wood and stone motif, and ample room for outdoor seating. The home has a three car garage and privacy wall surrounding the outdoor courtyard that incorporates stone excavated on site and custom-designed wood siding above.
Kawana Springs Apartments
Kawana Springs Family Apartments is a 151 unit, 100% affordable development comprised of a single five-story building. The project features two courtyards, a pool and dog park for furry residents. Adjacent to the Mendecino Avenue Corridor, a major commercial and retail center in Santa Rosa, and a priority development area, forming meaningful and functional common spaces is at the heart of the design approach.
Orchard Commons is a new 46 unit, 100% affordable apartment dwelling project on a 1.91 acre site within the Roseland / Sebastopol Road Specific Plan EIR, comprising a one story, 2,224 square foot Community Building and a two story, 59,102 square foot walk-up apartment building, a separate waste container enclosure, and 77 surface parking stalls.
