This commercial and residential mixed-use project was developed with affordable non-profit housing group, Burbank Housing. The Arbors consists of 4 commercial buildings with two bedroom flats above as well as 8 six-plex residential buildings behind consisting of flats and tuck under parking below 2 and 3 bedroom two story apartments. The project is located near City Hall and the main park and is part of an effort to create a walk able community.
